The cycledesign AHEAD TuneUp TU318. Stem is an 3D-forged aluminum adjustable

type, and by loosening lateral interconnected with a precision spline shaft knouckle

broached, dial-in the angle and perfect height. 


Easy installation and can slide the stem extension over the base, then insert the splined

shaft knuckle into the stem, making sure the slot of the splined-shaft to align with the

slot of the base, this assures a smooth fit and that the lateral screw is securely installed

and properly seated.
 
Its pivot range is from 60 degrees upwards to 40 degrees downwards for adapting

various terrains and riding positions. 
 
The clamp height of stem has a 40mm and needs to reserve a spacer to be fixed into

the threadless steerer tube and is mounted directly on the steerer tube.
